Jan Condon is a lifelong resident of Salem, Ma. She began her study of painting privately at the age of nine. Her formal studies continued at Mass College of Art in Boston and then at Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, MA. In 2008 she retired from a thirty year full time career as a graphic artist with a local telephone company. Since then, she has been working out of her home studio and also her studio space at Brush Strokes Open Studios and Gallery in Marblehead where she teaches painting classes. Her current medium of choice is acrylic, but for many years she painted in oils and water colors. Her work includes painting portraits of people, pets and homes from photographs as well as traditional landscapes, seascapes and still life. Her love of family, children, pets and nature are recurring themes that appear frequently in her work. Her ultimate goal as an artist is to share the beauty and joy that she sees in everyday things in hopes that the viewer will be inspired to do the same. Kristin Simone is a former student of Chester College of New England, now pursuing her Art career fearlessly, boldly, and freely. After her first depute in the FullerCraft Museum of MA at only the tender age of eight, Kris has been vigorously creating ever since. Living out the term "ART is LIFE", Kris is an all-encompassing Artist with an eclectic array of influences from Sir. Dali to Madame Kahlo. Truly believing that it is not the work one creates that defines it (artistry), but the inner child who is set free every time one chooses to find it.
Jordan Ringdahl is a rising Sophomore Industrial Design major at the prestigious Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. Aside form his interest in design, he has a background in fine arts, painting, and multimedia design. He has gained recognition by various organizations, and has also earned the prestigious gold key for his portfolio submission to the Scholastic Arts Foundation.
Brianna Osborne recognized art as her life’s pursuit from an early age. Her studies began at UMass Lowell and concluded at MassArt Boston where she graduated in 2013 with her Bachelors in Art Education. She was the first recipient of the Contemporary Artist Award, and is a licensed Art Teacher. She has a strong background in painting, as well as papermaking, food art, and ceramics. Her innovative installation pieces were highlights of the Arnheim Gallery this past Spring. She brings a strong commitment to spreading her excitement to creating art and its appreciation to all levels of the community.
Vouli is an incredibly talented Artist as well as a Carpenter/Painter. His passions are his family, Art, Youtube and Astronauts. His work is currently being displayed and its for sale at Sol Bean Cafe in Middleton Ma on route 114. He loves to lay out a big canvas on the floor and just paint.
